-ASAM PEDAS BEST-

lopeh kawen.. wife agak kurang sikit dgn masak memasak tuk my pabret fuuds.. nih.. but in the history of my life the best chef is always been my father... perghh ..

dari sambal ikan masin (macam serunding tapi bukan serunding), mee muhinga (kalu tak silap lah namanyer), asam podes.. etc...

But any how untok melengkapkan cerita pasal asam pedas.. kali nih.. kita berbalik pada my wife.. dia kalu masak asam pedas tak berapa arif sgt.... but dek kerana pasal aku .. dia sanggup belaja (ooOoO so suweet)..  yealah .. bak kata org .. "life is a learning process".. walaupun kita nih dah besau.. panjang dah abih amik Degree dan Diploma bagai.. pada hakikat kita maseh belajar.. it will never ends.. pokok pangkal kita nih jer yang nak atau tak nak..

so .. based on this effort she's sumtime .. sesangat lah wanted to learn how to cook asam pedas with my family.. huurmm masa balik ke kampung sebelah aku .. aku mintak lah my mum tuk masak asam pedas.. and from ther aku advice my wife to help my mum in the kitchen to help her preparing the asam pedas.. FYI family aku nih termasuk bapak aku mak aku jenis yang .. takder nyer nak ajar2 .. nak tau bout sumthing come and learn it, see it and practical it your self.... so from there she has learn the way my mum prepared her own way of asam pedas.. hehehehe but credit still goes to my dad as from my personal point of view my dad asam pedas is still the best.. and please do note that mak aku pon agree with that.. heheheheheh

after few month and after few trial my wife did.. yealah practice makes perfectkan..she able to mimic my mum cooking.. of asam pedas..

After few month past my dad came back form sabah.. and mase gi jumpe my dad.. with the kid's and wife.. bapak aku ader kata "heard form your mother that your wife wanted to learn asam pedas cooking.."

so start lah my wife berguru dgn my dad.. how to cook it.. pekat, pedas, masam.. nyam nyam.. terliur aku weh cita pasal asam pedas nih.. so now my wife she is the best chef in my life.. with a few more .. cooking recipe dia nak kena belajar.. hhehehehe...

apa aku kedapur hermm nak masak per .. ek.. ehehhehehehe any how.. aku nak pi pasar jap cari ikan siakap nak buat masak asam pedas.. hehehehehhehehehehee
